♦ PURCHASING ON VESSIÈRE CRISTAUX :
Vessière Cristaux groups an important number of different crystal glasswares to offer you a large and various choice. Purchasing on Vessière Cristaux, you can discover a lot of objects made in crystal: different styles of works of art, created by high-potential artists like Richard Orlinski, Serge Mansau, Jean-Philippe Richard, Deville-Chabrol, Yves Trucchi, Starck….
We present you the collections of the three main Crystal glasswares of our region: Baccarat, Lalique and Daum (art of entertaining, interior design, jewellery). Not to mention items produced by glassmakers who offer a high-quality crystal and a large choice with with reasonable prices.
♦ DELIVERY :
When the item is in stock, it is shipped the same day or the day after (excluding weekend). When the item is unfortunately out of stock, Vessière Cristaux contacts personally the client to inform him/her about the delivery time. If the client considers that this delivery time is too long, House Vessière will cancel the order and will fully reimburse the purchase.
♦ WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THE DELIVERY ?
Since the item is available, Vessière Cristaux prepares the package instantaneously. It will be sent by a GLS carrier or by Colissimo as registered post with acknowledgment of receipt.
You will receive an email from Vessière Cristaux specifying the carrier’s name, the package’s number and the approximate delivery time. You can check your package’s status on the GLS website thanks to the number mentioned in the email.
♦ WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES ?
With GLS, the delivery times are very quick. Your item can be delivered the day after or 2/3 days before validating your order. This time can be extended in case of exceptional problems (lost package, strike, bad weather). A breakage insurance equal to the order amount is automatically attached to each delivered package.
♦ WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS ?
The delivery costs are free for orders over €100 in France and European Union. For orders below €100, the amount of delivery costs represents 8% of the shopping bag with a minimum of €4,5.
For orders outside the European Union, delivery costs vary from €39 to €199, according to the quantity and articles’ weight. You can pay our items exclusive of tax applying the promotional code “FREETAX” while validating your shopping bag. To estimate your delivery costs, you just have to place your item(s) in the shopping bag and enter the country of delivery.
♦ AM I PROTECTED IN CASE OF PROBLEM LINKED TO THE DELIVERY ?
Each buyer has the possibility to report a problem by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone within 21 days from de receipt of the package. A breakage insurance equal to the amount of the order is automatically attached to each package.
- Non-received item: the item has not been received by the buyer
- Non-conforming item: the received item does not correspond to the ordered item
- Damaged item: the received item is broken or damaged.
In case of complaint made by a buyer regarding an item, the adviser is immediately informed of this complaint; the latter shall take care personally of the problem and shall solve it. The disputes are directly discussed by the Buyer and the Seller. A mutual agreement shall end the dispute. Depending on the situation, the declared dispute shall lead to a return of the ordered work of art or to a full reimbursement of the purchased item. In case of a return from the Buyer, the Seller shall reimburse the price of the work of art, the packaging costs, the delivery costs and the return costs if so.
♦ RETURNS :
Can I return the item if I am not satisfied?
For each purchase done from our website, if the latter is a European Economic Area member (European Union members + Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein) and if you are a national of this zone, you have 14 days from the receipt of the ordered item to exercise your right of withdrawal with Vessière Cristaux without justifying you or paying penalty taxes.
What do I have to pay returning an item?
In case of you exercised your right of withdrawal, the price of the purchased item, the packaging costs and the shipping costs will be reimbursed, but the return costs are supported by the buyer.
What is the procedure?
The buyer directly exercises his/her right of withdrawal with Vessière Cristaux by email to email@example.com . Vessière Cristaux will notify the Adviser by sending an email or calling him. The Seller personally tries to solve the problem with the Buyer.
How to be reimbursed?
In case of you exercise your right of withdrawal, the price of the item, the packaging costs and the shipping costs will be fully reimbursed by the Seller. The item shall be returned in mint condition, in the original packaging and shipped in the same conditions as the previous shipping conditions. The return costs shall be fully supported by the Buyer.
Which are the authorized payment methods?
Vessière Cristaux offers to pay by credit card, Paypal, bank transfer and by cheque; furthermore you can pay in three times without any additional cost. For that, please send us 3 cheques (divide the amount of the order by 3) payable to Vessière Cristaux:
- Date the three cheques by the day of ordering
- Write at the back the date of receipt of the two previous cheques
- The first cheque will be receipted when receipt.
How to pay by bank transfer?
You have to select “Bank transfer payment” as payment method for your purchase. Once you validate your order, a new page will charge displaying your bank account details and instructions.
Is it a secure payment?
We choose high-performance and rigorous tools regarding security of payment methods. Vessière adopted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and 3D Secure encryption processes, which are currently the best high-performance security systems and which establish an encrypted connection directly between the Buyer and the Bank. Vessière Cristaux has no access to the confidential information relating to the payment method chosen by the Buyer for his/her order. For that reason, the bank account information of the Buyer will be asked for each order. In fact, only PayBox has confidential information which still inaccessible to a third party.
Can I obtain an invoice?
When your item will be delivered, an invoice - mentioning prices with and without VAT - will be joined. This invoice is edited by Vessière Cristaux.
